We believe in saving your teeth through restoration and maintenance should their long-term prognoses be determined as good. Structural assessment maybe required when pursuing this treatment path. We encourage patients to refrain from the removal of teeth until this path has been explored.

Dr Kenny Chong is an Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) registered Prosthodontist and is the proud owner and founder of White Light Prosthodontics.
Kenny completed his first dental degree at the University of Otago (NZ), graduating with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery in 2001. He began his career as a dental house surgeon at Waikato Hospital in New Zealand, during which he treated medically compromised and trauma cases. In 2003, he moved to Melbourne, Australia where he worked in the public as well as the private sectors.
Kenny furthered his studies at the University of Melbourne where he gained a Graduate Diploma in Clinical Dentistry in 2005 and Doctor in Clinical Dentistry (prosthodontics) in 2012.
Kenny is the convener of the Undergraduate Fixed Prosthodontics program at the University of Melbourne where he is involved in the lead role of educating and training the next generation of dental graduates. He is also involved in the management and delivery of the graduate dental continuing professional development program with the Melbourne dental school. Amongst his other commitments he maintains his role as a consultant prosthodontist at the Royal Dental Hospital.
Apart from his general prosthodontic interests (Implants, Crown and Bridge, Veneers, Dentures and Worn teeth) Kenny’s sub-specialty lies in the management and reconstruction of oro-facial deformities and trauma. He is an active member of the Academy of Australian and New Zealand Prosthodontists (AANZP), International Team for Implantology (ITI) and the Australia Dental Association (ADA).
